About Us
Pioneer Home Services has been locally owned and operated since 2005. We started as a one-truck operation and have grown to a team of eight licensed technicians — all of them background-checked, drug-tested, and committed to treating your home with respect.
We don't use subcontractors. Every job is handled by a Pioneer employee who takes personal pride in the work. That's why we can stand behind every job with a 90-day labor warranty.
Owner Mike Pelletier has been in the trades since 1998 and still takes service calls himself. He built this company on the belief that honest pricing and showing up on time is all it takes to earn a customer for life.
We're proud members of the Northampton Area Chamber of Commerce and the Western Massachusetts Plumbing Contractors Association. We carry a $2 million general liability policy and all required workers' compensation coverage.

How much does a service call cost?
Our standard diagnostic fee is $75, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. We provide a written estimate before any work begins — no surprises.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we offer 0% financing for 12 months on jobs over $1,000 through our lending partner. Ask your technician for details.
Are your technicians licensed?
Yes. All Pioneer technicians hold current Massachusetts plumbing licenses. Our company license number is MA #12345. We carry $2 million in general liability coverage and full workers' compensation insurance.
